Thanks Dog & Jen for posting this picture,taken less than an hour after her birth.In response to Krista's comment,later would have been good, but earlier would have been better.
She was born,Jan.2,at 11pm. but the first New Years baby in Kanata was born Jan.2,at 4am.and received gifts valued at more than $1,000 including $325 worth of cosmetics, a two-hour home cleaning service and countless gift certificates.Oh well, too bad.
BTW.her name is Sophia, don't change it yet, she's only a week old.

She really is a pretty baby! If only she could have held off for 1 hour she could have shared her birthday with Uncle Don, Jacob, AND Annika!!

I thouhgt it was comincal that you corrected Sophia's name, but my poor husband got called a Dog. :0) It wouldn't be the first time though. lol
